David Miller’s unbeaten century went to waste as India beat South Africa by 16 runs to win the series with a game to spare.

India won the second T20I match against South Africa by 16 runs to win the three-match series 2-0 yesterday.

South African captain Temba Bauma won the toss and decided to bowl first. Suryakumar Yadav scored 61 runs in 22 balls for the Indian innings, and K.L. Rahul scored 57 runs off 28 balls and India posted a massive score of 237/3 in 20 overs.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten 49 off 28 balls, where both teams collectively scored more than 450 runs.

Chasing a target of 238 runs, South Africa scored only 221 runs for the loss of 3 wickets at the end of 20 overs. Meanwhile, Quinton de Kock scored an unbeaten 69. David Miller scored an unbeaten 106 in 47 balls but it was not enough for the victory.
