Wanindu’s THE HUNDRED journey will be blocked by SLC !

Wanindu Hasaranga, the Sri Lankan player who was going to participate in THE HUNDRED tournament to be held in England, was denied permission to leave for that tournament today.

Sri Lanka Cricket had refused to give NOC to Hasaranga due to giving him time to prepare for the upcoming Asia Cup cricket tournament and World Cup Twenty-20 cricket tournament, a high level cricket source of Sri Lanka Cricket told six cricket.

Hasaranga was bought by Manchester Originals for £100,000 during the player draft held last April.

The Manchester management has not yet announced who will replace Hasaranga, who was the main spinner of the Manchester team led by Jos Buttler.
