Calling up a host of IPL superstars, India name a strong squad for the Asia Cup, led by Rohit Sharma

This year’s Asia Cup T20 tournament is scheduled to be held in the United Arab Emirates from August 27 to September 11 and is hosted by Sri Lanka.

UAE, Kuwait, Singapore and Hong Kong are playing the qualifying round here while India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh have qualified directly.

Accordingly, the Indian squad for this year’s Asia Cup tournament has been announced and as usual, Rohit Sharma is the captain. Jasprit Bumrah has missed this year’s Asia Cup due to an injury.
