The threematch T20 series between india and australia ended yesterday in Hyderabad with a 5-wicket win for the hosts in the third T20.
Chasing a target of 187 runs, both the opening batsmen of the Indian team were dissmissed by australian bowlers at a total of 30 runs. However, Sky teamed up with former captain Virat Kohli and led India to comprehensive victory over ausies by building a brilliant 104-run partnership.
SKY, which was successful again, scored 69 runs from 36 balls with 5 sixes and 5 fours. Former skipper vk added 66 runs to the scoreboard and Pandya scored unbeaten 25 runs at the end.
Suryakumar, who won the man of the match award had mentioned to the media after the match that he had a fever even before the start of the match.
“I had a fever and stomach infection on the morning of the match. But I knew it was decider and so I went and told to doctor and my physio if it was the final of World Cup, so I cannot sit with such a disease, so whatever you do, medicine, injection, you cure me” he added
He certainly got credit for his effort at the end of the match and he also defended the honor of the hosts.
