Phil Salt’s merciless batting results in a massive 8-wicket defeat for Pakistan.

The 6th Twenty20 match between England and Pakistan was held in Lahore yesterday.

England captain Moeen Ali won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Mohammad Rizwan didn’t play yesterday and Mohammad Haris came as a starting batsman along with captain Babar Azam in his place.

Captain Babar Azam managed to score 87 runs from 59 balls by playing a leadership inning and added 3 sixes and 7 fours to that innings.

In bowling, Sam Curran and David Willey shared two wickets each.

England’s opening batsmen Phil Salt and Alex Hales, who came to the field to play the reply innings, launched a merciless attack and when Alex Hales was dismissed after collecting 27 runs from 12 balls, the relationship for the first wicket was 50 runs.

Phil Salt scored 88 runs from 41 balls with 3 sixes and 13 fours.

England achieved the target in 14 overs with 3 balls and the Pakistani bowlers were heavily attacked.

The decisive 7th match between the two countries is scheduled to be held tomorrow (2).
